Questions guests often raise
How do cancellations work?+
You may cancel a reservation at no cost up to fourteen days before arrival. Within fourteen days the first night is billed; no-shows pay for the full stay. Suites and villas on our Best Available Rate can be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. Travel insurance is always advisable.
Do you arrange private events?+
Yes. Two ballrooms, eight private dining rooms, a beach pavilion, and a rotunda can be hired privately, seating from eight to four hundred guests. Weddings and landmark celebrations are a special focus for us; our events director prepares a proposal within forty-eight hours of a first enquiry.
Does the casino run around the clock?+
The main gaming floor is open from 14:00 to 04:00 every day. Private high-stakes salons may open earlier or stay later by arrangement with your host — overnight private play is common on weekends. No membership card is needed for table play; chips are bought and cashed at the cage whenever we are open.
Who may stay at the resort?+
The property welcomes adult guests aged 18 and over only, matching our gaming licence and the nature of the resort. Valid government-issued photo identification may be asked for on arrival. Children are warmly received at our sister property in the same bay — the concierge gladly handles bookings and transfers between the two estates.
